Workshops Day: Artificial Intelligence for Research

We invite researchers and advanced research students to register for a day of workshops that will take place on 3rd December, at the Open University campus in Ra'anana. Following the success of our Summer School and the high demand, this Workshops Day will include workshops that also took place in the Summer School.

On 8th September we held the 1st DHSS Hub Conference, whose focus was on the intersections among artificial intelligence, the humanities and the social sciences. The diversity of the presenters as well as the audience gave rise to lively discussions about the effects of AI on the humanities, the social sciences and on the world. Balancing between a critical standpoint and an embracing one, the AI ongoing revolution was examined through a variety of perspectives, such as artistic, both theoretical and via an art exhibition, a psychological, economic, legal as well as ideological. The DHSS Hub 2nd Summer School 2024
Following the Conference, elect group of researchers from universities around the country gathered for 3 intensive days of hands-on workshops, exploring artificial intelligence tools as well as machine learning methods. The diverse workshops centered mostly on the uses of artificial intelligence in the humanities and social sciences, both as a research assistant as well as a tool for in-depth research and data analysis, but also on the applications of generative AI for artistic endeavors.

DHDW 2025: The 3rd International Workshop on Digital Humanities and Digital World.
The Open University of Catalonia, Barcelona, Spain - From April 9 to April 11, 2025.

The 3nd  International Workshop on Digital Humanities (DHDW-2025) will serve as a major forum for Academics, and industry researchers of new ideas, methods, and research initiatives in the areas of Digital Humanities (DH).
