Sukkot is such a cherished holiday. Here in Israel, everywhere one turns, the landscape is filled with beautifully decorated Sukkot. You can find them on balconies, in parking lots, in fields, in malls, and in stadiums. Everywhere.

As we enter Chag Simchateinu, the Festival of Joy, we leave the comfort of our homes and gather in the Sukkah. For a few days, we embrace a simpler way of living and are reminded of what truly matters: family, community, friendship, and gratitude for the blessings in our lives.

At a time when the world can feel uncertain and unsettled, Sukkot reminds us of the strength that comes from being part of a people with a rich and enduring heritage. As we sit in our Sukkot, we continue traditions that have been passed down through generations.
